You're being investigated.Over three evenings in November, 2013, the idyllic tranquility of a scheming Korean Bankster Boss's gated Shaughnessy mansion was shattered by the vigilant presence of a team of four ICIJ-affiliated reporters from the Korea Center for Investigative Journalism (Newstapa.Org). They were on a stakeout to try to meet and question RCI Capital Group owner John Park. He had hid out from them all week at his Vancouver office (which was put on what RCI staff was called 'lock-down' for an entire week), and he avoided them here too. The author of his own misfortune, Park was once again in the spotlight of investigators. Avoiding them would be yet another blunder he would live to regret. No doubt similar to the way he regretted losing millions in revenue when Chinese police investigated his RCI China offices and operations in 2009, his offices were shut down for several months, Canadian financial institutions RBC, BMO and BOC (Bank of China, Canada) suspended financing RCI clients, and Chinese agents abandoned RCI wholesale. You do bad things and it comes back to bite you. It's a karma thing. Sucks to be you.

While accompanying Stephen Harper on his first official trip to China, Stockwell Day officiated at the launch of the CCRDF in Beijing on Dec. 3 2009. See www.ccrdfoundation.com and http://www.canada-companies-info.com/canada-china-resource-development-foundation-7mlh/. The CCRDF is dormant since late 2009 due to a directors' dispute which froze operations.

John Park was founding President of the CKF but fellow directors kicked him out of the post in 2012 after they found him to be repeatedly abusing the position for his personal business gain, and misappropriating CKF funds by diverting them to his bank without approval or knowledge of the board. Park sued the CKF and lost the court case before British Columbia Supreme Court in July 2014. |
